Chanel Glossimers are $26, come in a fabulous variety of colors, and have a doe’s foot applicator (unfortunately). I prefer the brush, though I do like Glossimers. They’re not sticky and fairly long-lasting, though a few of the “big sparkle” colors do feel gritty.
