If you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed by MAC holiday, I don’t blame you. The release dates are staggered, but if it has red packaging, it’s part of holiday. Red She Said is an umbrella, under which we find:
- Red She Said (the lipsticks, the Dazzleglasses, the mineralized eyeshadow trios, etc.)
- Passions of Red (4 eyeshadow palettes, 3 lip palettes — all in bejeweled compacts)
- Passionately Red (2 lip palettes with Viva Glam shades, also in bejeweled compacts)
- Adoring Carmine (drawstring bags with 3 lippies each; brush sets)
- Kids Helping Kids (cards)
- Enchanting Vermillion (a one-off eye kit)
- Little Darlings (mini-sized things in groups of five)
- The MAC Exclusive Kits (one-off kits only available in MAC stores)
Don’t even worry about the names of each release — you’ll have better luck asking for “the warm eyes palette” or “the face brush set” then asking for “Intriguing Scarlet” or “Adoring Carmine.” Today we’ll look at the holiday eye palettes; it made more sense to me to swatch the lip palettes and the “Adoring Carmine” lipsticks together.
All 6-pan eyeshadow palettes come with 213 SE brush and are $38 ($44.50 in Canada). The colors of the compacts are all slightly different.

can u pls tell me (wth ur experiance of colors)are the colors of cool eye palatte dupable?? like those purples and blues, from the regular MAC e/s?? i don’t have many brands.
