Sparkly deep blue must be the color of the season, because I feel like I’m seeing one in every palette. Never one to disappoint, NARS has created its own holiday palette using shades from their powder eyeshadow singles and duos. (If a shade has a roman numeral in the name, it’s half of a duo by the same name.)
Kilimanjaro (oyster gold), Himalayas (iridescent pink), and Bohemian Gold (peach-pink-gold) are all duochrome shadows. Ondine has a very slight amount of sparkle; Surabaya is more sparkly. Night Flight is a very blackened blue with a LOT of blue sparkles (still photos never seem to capture sparkles). The palette is $50.
