Dior Addict Lipstick, Part 2

Dior, Addict, lipstickIt’s day 2 of Dior’s 25 new shades of Dior Addict Lipcolor — a new formula of lipstick which shares its name with an old, discontinued formula of lipstick. (For the record, I think that’s a terrible idea in general.)

According to Dior lover lolakitten, the new Addict Lipcolor formula is far superior to the old. She says it feels light and comfortable to wear, and that the floral scent is faint.

I was swatching these in a hurry (and trying not to fall in love with any of them), but Coral Lace, Vintage Coral, and Crimson Flare look so pretty. I’ll definitely go back to the counter to lip-test, and I’ll report on my findings. Dior Addict Lipcolors are $26 each.

    >i've been reading ur blog and wondering how u do all the swatching. i thought u were either buying all the products ($$$$$) or getting some gratis from companies to get them some web presence.

u must live in short sleeves and tanks to keep your forearms free for swatches! :)

    >Hi Suz!

You might find some interesting information in my FAQ: http://karlasugar.blogspot.com/2009/01/interview-with-karlasugar.html

I actually go to the mall and use the testers at each counter for my swatches. Fortunately, the sales associates are friendly and tolerant and they answer my incessant questions. :)

Wearing short sleeves does get pretty chilly in winter — I think you can see goosebumps in a few of the posts. I've been meaning to get one of those asymmetrical, one-sleeved shirts.

    >Wow, these lipsticks look great! I am definitely wanting this! Next time I'm at Northpark, maybe I'll see and a crazy girl running in and out of the store with marks on her arm. :)
