Dior has introduced a new formula of eyeshadow singles with “maximum color payoff and extreme hold in just one coat”: One-Color Extreme. As I understand it, this new formula is not (yet?) replacing the old “One-Colour” eyeshadow singles (Dior’s U.S. website shows both products; the Italian site shows only the new One-Colour Extremes).
One-Colour Extreme singles are soft, creamy, pigmented, and the shimmers are intensely shimmery. We saw two shades (Argentic and Trendy Taupe) release with Dior’s Fall collection; now 10 more have joined the lineup.

Swatches 10, 3, 4, and 1 (Nude Luminescence, Beige Print, Brown Fever, and Bronzy Night) gave me thrilling flashbacks to Guerlain’s Brun Mordore quad. I’m also a fan of matte, cool, grey-brown Trendy Taupe. I think many of you will be excited by the raven-y black-purple of Ultra Violet.
Crystal White is really shimmery/glittery. When you click on the image to enlarge, I think you’ll see that the swatch isn’t as uniform as the others. Chrome is also very frosty/shimmery.
One-Colour Extreme shadows are $27.50, (up from One-Colour’s $25).
One-Colour Extreme eyeshadows: 486 Bronzy Night, 826 Infra-Rose, 626 Beige Print, 566 Brown Fever, 066 Trendy Taupe, 006 Crystal White, 026 Chrome, 056 Argentic, 086 Flash Black, Flash Back, 516 Nude Luminescence, 546 Gold Touch, 186 Ultra Violet

>Those are some awesome swatches!!! Thank you!
>Argentic and Chrome are gorgeous! Thanks for the swatches Karla!
>vibrant!
>Trendy taupe is also my short of color. It will be very bold because of the matte finish
>I'm really loving Ultra Violet. It reminds me a lot of LM's black violet eyeliner too.
>Chrome is gorgeous!! They are all stunning, but that one really caught my eye.
Love it! Thanks for sharing.
>I love Beige Print and Gold Touch – SO pretty!
>It is true, they write more than the older eyeshadows! However, I am quite perplexed about colours… I mean, just silver/grey and brown??? Bah!
By the way, Karla, tell me, why have you looked at the Italian version of Dior site? Just think that usually we look at the USA site because there are more colour options and the news are updated more frequently

>Wow, those are seriously pretty.
>can you please do swatches for diorskin nude foundation, thanks a lot! =]
just wondering, in order to get the eyeshadow to be as pigmented as the swatch above, should i wet my brush? or does the eyeshadow go on that dark dry? it looks sooooo gorgeous
The formula of these is really remarkable; you don’t need to wet them to get great color payoff.
I die for the Chrome….so beyootiful!
