MAC’s second big collection is a collaboration with clothing brand Lilly Pulitzer. I was surprised to learn about this collaboration; I hadn’t thought there was much overlap between MAC shoppers and Lilly Pulitzer shoppers. Nevertheless, this collection is spring bustin’ out all over — and contains a number of never-before-seen products.
To start with, there’s a new Pearlmatte eyeshadow trio ($19.50) and a Pearlmatte face powder ($27, and its four colors are presumably meant to be blended together). I don’t yet know what “pearlmatte” means.
There are also four shades of new formula Cremeblend Blush ($18.50): So Sweet, So Easy; Optimistic Orange; Joie-de-Vivre; and Florida. For now, this formula (and these shades) are limited edition only. Finally, there are two polishes ($12): Coconut Ice (new and limited edition) and
Steamy (a repromote from the permanent line).
Hopefully I’ll find all these items this weekend and we can look at swatches on Monday of next week.

>I'm totally the cross over for this line- ironically preppy! Honestly, I think the colors are pretty for spring, and I'm excited to try the blushes and lipgelees, the rest, meh…we'll see though, sometimes it's the last thing you expect that you end up liking the most!
