Acqua di Gio (by Giorgio Armani) is one of this year’s national supporters of UNICEF’s Tap Project, a worldwide charity dedicated to bringing clean water and sanitation to children in need.
Armani is also contributing to the Tap Project throughout the month of March (to coincide with World Water Week, March 21 – 27).
There are two ways Armani will donate:
- For every bottle (or gift set) of Acqua di Gio sold in March, Armani will donate $1. As a side note, customers who make their purchase at a Giorgio Armani fragrance counter will also receive a BPA-free water bottle (to keep clean water on your mind).
- For every new Acqua di Gio Facebook fan, Armani will donate $1 to the TAP Project.
For a maximum donation of $50,000.
I was thinking about charities, and the yogurt with the pink lids. When they’re for sale, I usually buy them. But do I always rinse them off and mail them in? Not always. Becoming a Facebook fan requires so little effort, I thought I’d just mention this charity drive.
