Estee Lauder went color-crazy with their summer collection, Bronze Goddess. If this doesn’t instantly transport you to St. Tropez, I don’t know what will.
Eyes!
The collection includes new, limited edition Bronze Goddess liquid eyeshadows ($17.50; doe’s foot applicator). The shades are metallic and long-wear: Ultra Violet, Aqua Flash, Molten Bronze, and Sand Shimmer. There’s also a new waterproof Bold Volume “lifting” mascara ($19.50).
Lips!
Bronze Goddess includes two shades of Pure Color Gloss Stick ($18.50): Wild Plum (repromoted) and the new, limited edition Cherry Ice (sounds delicious). There are also two limited edition, sheer, shiny, brush-wand glosses ($18): Wild Coral and Wild Orchid.
Cheek!
Who can resist a limited edition, patterned blush? Not me! Bronze Goddess offers the zebra-striped Exotic Bronzing Blush (in stripes of bronze and coral; $35). There are also a plethora of bronzing products: self-tanner for face, liquid bronzer, bronzing gel, and matte/shimmer/duo bronzing powders. The gel is new; the other products have appeared before.
Nails!
Also causing a bit of a stir in the polish-loving community are new, limited edition Ultra Violet and Wild Orchid ($18).
Etc.!
There’s also a summer fragrance (Bronze Goddess, of course!), available as an Eau Fraiche, Solid Perfume Pendant, Body Oil, and Lotion. And there are a few “sun” products for face and body: an SPF 30 facial sunscreen, and self-tanning lotion for face, and self-tanning milk and “gelee” for body.

I’m definitely getting the Bronze Goddess zebra blush and maybe eyeshadows/glosses/lipsticks? Need to see swatches first though.
The blue on the model in the promotional picture is very intriguing but then again, who knows if they actually used their own products to create these pictures? For example, MAC didn’t use their products to create the Colour Craft promo picture last summer so…
My counter got this collection about a month a go and we are sold out of the liquid shadows. They sold fast! they are super pigmented and water proof. Awesome! the bronzer/blush is awesome too btw.
I’ve swatched the zebra product and I wasn’t impressed. It comes off pretty peachy with no shimmer. It was very meh – looks fabulous, but passable/dupeable.
