Today’s post wraps up the last of Lancome’s permanent collection of powder blush shades. Did I save my favorite color group for last? Possibly so.
Shimmer Mandarin Sky is a vibrant, coral-pink-with-gold-shimmer (a similar idea to the NARS Orgasm/Deep Throat shades) — with an emphasis on the pink. In this heavy swatch it looks ruddy, because the pink comes through the most, but with a lighter hand (more natural application), it would look less red, more pink-and-gold. Rose Romantique is a lovely, gentle, warm pink. Shimmer Coral Sunset is terracotta peach with a few silver sparkles. Nectar Riche is a new shade, a peach-brown with a slight sheen. Rouge Glow is a dusty rosey-mauvey brown.
