I LOVE my chanel SA at nordstroms. Actually almost all the SAs at nordstroms have given me fantastic CS but my chanel SA always saves me the latest items so they dont sell out before I get a chance to get to the store.
I get great CS at the MAC counter at my local Macy’s. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they sometimes let me test and buy items in advance!
Yesterday,I went to the Giorgio Armani counter in my local Holt Renfrew,the SA was so nice there and helped me to pick up the right shade of my first Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation.By the way,the foundation is fantastic,best foundation I’ve tried ever.

The chanel SA’s are very helpful when I come in asking for a new collection. They always open everything even though they haven’t gotten in the samples yet.

Hmmm best customer service I received was at a Dior makeup counter at a department store. The MUA (Josh) was amazing, he spent an hour with me and found me the perfect items (blush/highlighters/bronzers) I love those items that I purchased with him more than anything else I own.

People working behind the Lancome counters are usually really helpful so I’d say that out of all the dif. cosmetic counters, going to theirs has always been the greatest costumer service.
