Benefit Scene Queen Giveaway

I was swatching Benefit’s new palettes this weekend (Scene Queen and Sunday Fun Day) — they’re limited edition, exclusive to Sephora, and each one is the creation of one of Benefit’s new Makeup Trend Artists.

Anyway, I decided to give away Scene Queen (because I love Coralista so much). This $38 palette contains pretty much everything but foundation.

Rules and how to enter:

  • This giveaway starts today and ends Sunday, August 1, at midnight.
  • This giveaway is open to readers anywhere in the world.
  • A winner will be selected at random from the valid entries.
  • To enter, leave a comment on this post. Imagine you are creating your own makeup line and tell me, what would you name it? Also please tell me one item from your line. You can enter by this method once per day (so you can invent a new product for each day of the week). Feel free to get as creative and detailed.
  • You can earn as many extra entries as you want. To earn an extra entry, write a review of a Benefit product for KarlaSugar-Interact. Leave a comment with a link to your review.
    • Only new reviews (written this week) are valid; previously written Benefit reviews are not eligible for extra entries.
  • Winners will be contacted by email, so please use an email address you check (addresses will be hidden, and will not be used for any purpose other than contacting the winner).

Good luck!

I’d name my line TheAngela (because I love my own name so much) and my number one product will be blush/ highlighters like MAC’s MSF. And I’ll price it half of MAC’s; and these will not be limited editions. So never again will people fight for MAC’s LE MSF.

  • Nazih says:

I would name it Popsy. And one of the products in the line would be a deep turquoise eyeshadow with with a hint of bronze shimmer.

  • Judy says:

Another product in my Spectacle line would be a tinted moisturizer named Bare, inspired by BB Cream. I’m a huge fan and a devoted user of BB Cream and rarely use foundation. The tinted moisturizer would provide light coverage as well as act as a sun screen and moisturizer. It would go on light and feels barely there.

  • Victoria says:

I’d name “Delicious”. The products would have names associated with food. For example, a red blush called ” Sweet Berry” ;) !

  • Mette says:

I would name the line Miss Helen’s and one of the bestsellers would be superglossy, nonsticky babypink gloss in a superchic pot with a retractable brush.

  • Eve says:

I would name the line Eve and I would make a deep berry blush called “sweet”

  • tpzhearts says:

Another product in my line “In” would be called Breather – a nice wearable blush (matte) with hints of pink and coral but stronger hints of red, to give that just in from the cold look. It would be available in cream and powder formula.

The next product from my line called Cateye would be the ultimate eyeshadow palette (at least for me :D ) and it would have a variety of smokey shadows and neutrals with maybe a bright green and blue thrown in.

  • hofken says:

After struggling with my mascaras (yes, plural) this morning, I decided my Fabulous Fifties line will carry a lenghtening mascara that never clumps and no racoon eyes.

    xoxo

  • Jodda says:

    hmmmm.
    This is a hard one.
I think I would aim at products that are multitaskers. Every item (or most, not something like mascara), would be made so it could be used for more than one area. Cheek and eye, lip and cheek, etc. Focus definitely on unique items.
    Also geared toward all ages.

  • Alexandra Z. says:
