I didn’t know what to expect when I started swatching Bobbi Brown’s Shimmer Wash eyeshadows, having had no personal experience with them. Â I was pleasantly surprised to find they are gently shimmery (not over the top), with a lovely texture. As always, these are heavy swatches, made on a bare arm with a sponge-tipped applicator. Â You can definitely apply them more sheerly than I have.
I’ve also heard a rumor that Ash is slated for discontinuation. I’m still investigating, so I’ll let you know when I can concretely confirm or deny.
All of Bobbi’s shadows are $20 each, and can be used in her customizable palettes.

Thanks for these! Is there much difference between Stone and Fawn? Both seem to have a slight green shimmer. Is Fawn slightly darker?
I am finding new love for my Bobbi Brown products since you started this series. Just wanted to say ‘Thanks!’
Great Swatches like lways!Very helpful for my next Haul!
So gorgeous! I’m also wondering if you could tell a difference between Fawn and Stone in real life? They look identical on my screen.
Stone is probably my favorite color of BB eyeshadow. It has more of a gray tint to it and fawn is a little more brown. I have dark hair, dark eyes and fair skin and the stone color does a fantastic job of accentuating my eyes without looking like I have makeup on.
