Guest Swatcher: OPI Rumple’s Wiggin’

A lovely guest swatch from Soaper1 to kick start the weekend. She said she had some application issues, but her manicure looks perfect to me. Then again, everything looks good on Soaper1.

I previously reviewed OPI’s Shrek Collection with skittle swatches, but I recently decided to do a full manicure with Rumple’s Wiggin’ (so I thought I’d share). It applied a bit streaky and definitely needed three coats to even out. This is topped with 1 coat of Seche Vite. I didn’t get as good of wear from this one as I usually do from OPI polishes. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

The whole Shrek collection was a bust for me. Took 3 coats of polish to look decent and not streaky (which is way too many for me). Then it chipped like crazy. Took it off my nails in 2 days, and my toes in 5 days.

I have actually had this on my toes for two weeks and only used two coats… I’ve found that if you apply a light coat at first (it may look streaky) when you go back over it, it gives you a very nice color. The purple is to die for and makes you look soo tan! “What’s with the Cattitude” is really pretty too!
