This fall (according to John Galliano), is purple, smoky, charcoal, and grey. Like Chanel, Dior seems to be feeling the smoky eyes and soft, pink lips.
The focal piece of Dior’s fall collection is the limited edition “Logomania” eyeshadow duo, in sparkling-black and silver, with a pattern of debossed Dior logos. It is $38 (and might be called 085 Silver Screen?).
There are also two new eyeshadow quints: 844 Misty Mauve (which will not be available in Sephora) and a new Designer quint: 808 Pink Design. The designer quints contain three shadows, a glitter topcoat, and a cream liner (click to see swatches of the original designer quints). Both quints are $58.
There are FIVE new shades of Dior’s Serum de Rouge lipstick (dang, you asked, and Dior delivered. If I’ve got my facts straight, this will bring the total number of Serum de Rouge lipsticks up to 17). They are all $32, and the new shades are:
- 470 Pearly Pink (not available in Sephora)
- 560 Radiant Pink
- 670 Pink Diva
- 870 Ruby
- 880 Plum
There’s a new Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss: 692 Tailored Mauve ($26.50) and two new Addict Lipcolors: 694 Spectacular Mauve (which will not be available in Sephora) and 873 Technicolor Red. Both lipsticks are $26.
There’s the nail polish that will be available at every counter except Sephora, 905 Black Sequins, and there’s another nail polish exclusive to Sephora, 386 Cherry Blossom. Â Dior nail polishes are $21 each.
