My favorite application method for any lipstick is tube-to-lips (though I see the value of a lip brush when you’re using a bright color and need precision). On first touch, Rouge Artist Intense may feel a little dry, but when IÂ go over my lips a second time, the lipstick feels comfortable. (And I think I mentioned before it has a rose scent).
I’ll be honest, I don’t love this color on myself. The morning sun is warming the color up a bit, but it’s cooler than I like; too pink for me. (I feel more comfortable in peachy-pink).
