I think if I had to pick one favorite “feline,” it would be Burmese Beauty, the third and final component of MAC’s Fabulous Feline collection (possibly on the strength of the eyeshadow quad).
The eyeshadow quad (also called Burmese Beauty) is $36. Prized is a peachy-beige “skintone” color, which looks just perfect for me. It’s a satin, and the texture is lovely. Burmese Beauty is a barely plummy brown with aqua duochrome shimmers. It reminds me of Club, but BB seems darker, cooler, more purple — and I think the blue shimmers in BB are a bit more pronounced. Â Burmese Beauty is purportedly a lustre finish… say what? Skintone 2 is a repromoted shade, a really pretty gilt frost. It’s a perfect gold, not too yellow. Showstopper is a shade we’ve seen and loved before, a dark cool brown that first came out in the Diana Ross collection (I think), and was most recently repromoted in All Ages, All Races, All Sexes as a single.

The three “earth tone” Superslick Liquid Liners in this collection are dirty olive Desires & Devices, red-brown Defiantly Feline, and jungle-green-with-a-hint-of-gold Treat Me Nice. These are $17.50 each.
Both of the “Burmese” pigments are repromoted shades: rose-bronze Gold Stroke and serpent green Antique Green. The pigments are $19.50 each.

The Burmese lip-stuffs blew my mind. I couldn’t figure out the “theme” for this one, and I was bewildered by the green lip products.
Pet Me, Please is a silvery mauve-pink frost. To Pamper is a mauved, warmed grey Lustre (so it’s sheer to semi-sheer). Â Liquid Lurex was the Dazzle shade I couldn’t find when the Digi-Pops collection first came out. It’s a sheer yellow-green with pink sparkles. Kittenish is a slightly browned burgundy Cremesheen.
Spree lipglass is a limited-edition repromote, a frosty/high shimmer rose-brown with dense sparkles. Jealous is a light, mossy, apple green with tiny sparkles. I would like a dress this color. Fancy Cat is cocoa brown with sparkles.
The repromoted Cremestick liner in this collection is Velvetella. The collection also includes a short-handled 188 (small skunk) brush for $34, and a makeup bag (which I haven’t seen yet) for $25.
The mineralize blush from this collection is The Soft Meow, which is swatched here.

I love this collection of color.
Great post.
