One more exciting piece of news from Estee Lauder: they have a new mascara coming out! Sumptuous Extreme is supposed to be even more volume-building than Sumptuous — and it comes in four colors!
Back when Sumptuous first came out, I got a mini in a Gift With Purchase. As much as I love volume, Sumptuous was almost too much — it looked borderline fake. (My tolerance for volume has increased since then.)
The new formula is fragrance-free and mousse-like, with three differently shaped fibers to promote curl, volume, and length. It also contains vitamin B5 and rosemary to condition lashes. The brush is big and triangle-cut.
Sumptuous Extreme is available in Extreme Black, Extreme Brown, Extreme Indigo, and Extreme Violet, each $23.50.
