my boyfriend is a type of guy who really does not do anything about himself :)

  • Mamavalveeta03 says:

Can you say NO maintenance?!? I’ve been married to him for almost 30 years and I’ve [finally] given up on trying to change him. Funny, but now he’s coming to me for advice on lotion for his dry skin!!! Ha!

  • Brian McD says:

I like a fairly simple routine…I am so sleepy in the morning, the more steps I have the more time it takes LOL. I have had intense routines before and it did make my skin look better…so maybe theres hope for the future :)

  • Jebba says:

My boyfriend is really low maintence except when it comes to his hair…. he wouldnt touch any else’s shampoo if it doesnt give his locks volume. When it comes to other things, he’ll use whatever is lying around.

  • natasha m says:

My hubby is a medium to high maintanence guy. He takes pride in his appearance and dressing smartly and well. He takes good care of himself and not to the extreme he is not vain, just polished. i think he would love these products

  • Soo says:

My dad is really low maintenance

  • Jean says:

my guy is slowing becoming acclimated to my bathroom…we share Fekkai shampoo, my Amber shower gel and any glycolic cleanser I have. He’s not afraid to put my favorite pink colored masque on either!

oh, and yes, he’s absconded with my Cannibis Santal.

I would love for him to have his “own”! :-)

  • Sharon says:

My husband is a ‘don’t need to buy anything because if I need something, my wife will have it’ guy. My 14 year old son is semi-earthy-crunchy (likes Lush hair care) and my 11 year old son considers himself a ladykiller, wears his hair like Tom Brady and uses AXE.

My 3 men would have a blast with all these goodies! Thanks for the chance.

  • Audrey H. says:

My husband is low maintenance. These look nice, Id love to have him try them. Thanks.

  • Connie Williamson says:

My husband is pretty low-maintenance. He does like to be thanked when he does something nice (doesn’t everybody?). He will use any skin or hair product I buy for him, and he LOVES mint. I usually buy the Aveda stuff for him, but I’d love to have him try these.

  • Imene says:

    My dad is sooo generous

  • Cassidey says:

My guy is very low maintenance and likes a simple routine. I would love for him to try these products!

  • Kristine says:

My boyfriend is a pretty boy, lol! Sometimes he spends way too much time on his hair. But he’s low maintenance when it comes to face stuff lol.

  • Kimber Y. says:

My boyfriend is an artist, but not the sensitive type. He’s more of the cynical type which I love!

  • Kimi says:

My boyfriend is fairly low maintenance, but I like him like that. :)

  • Joanna says:

My boyfriend is pretty simple and low-maintenance, but he does have pretty good taste in whatever he uses (as in, no AXE!)

  • Meli says:

My fiance is a indecisive sweet gym guy…he takes forever to get ready because if I don’t help him pick out clothes he doesn’t know what to wear…lol! ;-)

  • Promise says:

My fiance will use whatever I buy him. Especially since we’re getting married this year, and we will be sharing a bathroom. He’s very manly and rugged, but sensitive and caring, too. :D

  • Jaime Leah says:

My husband is somewhere between metro-sexual and low maintanence. When I met him he was very groomed, tweezed brows, clean shaven but now he’s more likely to just let the beard grow (which I prefer anyway) and shave once or twice a week. As for hair, he knows what he likes and sticks to it regardless of what I say but even he can’t resist trying out new product.

  • Amy says:

My father is very low-maintenance. He uses whatever is purchased for him regardless of brand.

  • Miki says:

My boyfriend just uses whatever is in the house. One thing he does do is make sure he shaves before going out.

  • Tianqi says:

I keep my bf well groomed–tweezed brows, slight blush, etc. But he hates using the “natural” shampoos I got for him (Beauty Without Cruelty brand) because he thinks they don’t make his hair “smell good” so he secretly bought a set of Pantene and hid them in the cabinet, lol, but I smelled the difference in his hair right away

  • Bre says:

My bf is a very low maintance type of guy, although if I buy him some stuff he’ll use it, I’ve gotten him to try out some Lush stuff this way!

  • Hofken says:

My husband is very low maintenance.

  • little.one says:

My SO says that he’s low maintenence, but he really isn’t. He really loves trying grooming products.

  • Lizzard says:

    loves trying products!

  • Karine says:

I like low maintenance guys. I should be the only one taking time in the barthroom!

  • Em says:

My dad uses whatever’s around the house, but in my opinion, he deserves better. :)

  • Lizzard says:

high maintenance boy, but I that works for me so then I can take as loooong as I need to get ready ;)

  • Melissa says:

Strangely enough, since I discovered makeupalley and your blog, my husband’s interest in skincare has grown along with mine. He now uses a scrub, an after-shave balm and good sunscreen. His skin looks amazing and he helps me reach my free skincare goals at Sephora!

  • Sharon Wilson says:

MY man thinks he’s low maintenance but he isnt, he freaks if his hair is out of place, in his “messy” style, he has just as many shampoos as me, more body spray and he worries if his scents clash :P . Oh, and dont even get me started on sharing my soaps, lol. girly scents are a no go

  • noodlepie says:

my fiance was low maintenance before moving in with me – but I think my high maintenance ways are rubbing off on him a bit! now he has to use body wash in the shower (not bar soap!) with a bath poof (and only nice ones, cheapies like from the dollar store are rejected!) and he only wants bath and body works hand soap (i guess once you go bbw there’s no going back?). but he still only uses his one 2-in-1 shampoo, has 1 hair product, and can get showered, dressed and ready in 5 mins, so i guess i havent corrupted him toooo badly (…yet)

  • Melissa says:

My boyfriend is willing to try anything at least once. With this philosophy, I was able to introduce him to toner, moisturizer, and chapstick into his daily routine. He’s the type of guy, while not high maintenance, does make a consorted effort to appear presentable, and thus, would enjoy the Every Man Jack products.

  • Anastasia says:

    My father is low maintenance.

  • Lizzard says:

High maint! both my boy and my dad haha

  • danielle says:

My boy is a writer–but with a twist. No tweed jackets, but a leather trench and shaven head.

  • Regina S says:

my husband is the type that won’t use any products that are unscented, but my son would love this set.

  • mary says:

My boyfriend is easy going..he trusts that I will buy him something he is going to like..with that said, he is kind of picky on fragrance..Just like me, he enjoys the finer things in life! Even if that is just a nice hand lotion, great shampoo..The list goes on! :)

  • Lizzard says:

high maint! err but it saves me the headache of telling him how to look for each event lol

  • Jade D says:

My guy is very into the basics…clear, clean well- moisturized skin, hair and body…products that work, regardless if it is from the pharmacy or from sephora. He has a very streamlined product list…nothing fussy…but it all works…he has better skin and hair than me. What can I say? The man knows how to listen to what his body tells him he needs! He would love a range that is just made for him to use. Thanks!

  • My boyfriend is a complete stranger to the fineries of grooming. He showers, shaves, etc. but cares very little about which products are used to accomplish the task. I think this is because he’s a computer programmer and believes that function is king. In that way I think he resembles Mr. Salt quite a bit :)

If I actually won this set, I’d probably give it to a friend of mine who has been writing guest reviews for the site. He’s a little metrosexual when it comes to grooming and would quite appreciate the products, much as he appreciated the Liz Earle set I sent him.

As you can see by the length of my comment, I’d really like to win this set :)

  • tia says:

my boyfriend likes to smell good. He’s a suit and tie kind of guy who is in between low and high maintenance. however he doesn’t understand the importance of using a cleanser to wash his face or that he should use a moisturizer.

  • Grace says:

My boyfriend is definitely a low maintenance guy :)

  • ashley says:

My brother would love this! He spends more time in the mirror than I do! Thanks for doing this giveaway! Hope I win! :D

  • kam says:

My hubby is low maintenance but enjoys the products I get him. If I didn’t give him nice bath/body products he would be using a bar of Irish Spring and nothing else.
