Illamasqua has a small but exciting collection coming out for Valentine’s Day. It’s called Throb (naughty!), and includes a new blood-red lipstick (Sangers), a new red Intense Lipgloss (Succubus), and three new nail polishes (blood red Throb, which I want, sight unseen; creamy white Load (ew!); and matte black Scorn).
You can buy Throb starting January 17th in Illamasqua’s Flagship Store, Selfridges in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Fenwick Newcastle, Debenhams in Glasgow, Belfast, Cardiff and online at www.illamasqua.com. I don’t yet know if/when this collection will be making its way stateside.

Oh my goodness, I didn’t think the name “Load” had any bad meaning until I saw how you wrote it! LOL.
I find the name Sangers kind of hilarious because that’s what we call sandwiches in Australia. Not very sexy!

I don’t like that the promo photos look ‘shopped. Makeup adverts shouldn’t be photoshopped.

Gosh, I love Illamasqua’s brand image, all that dark magic, but it’s sooo expensive… Wish I could try it out sometime.

I burst out laughing when I saw the name of the white polish. I love the promo pics and I’m a big fan of this brand, but I’ll likely skip this collection as I tend to shy away from reds.
