Last week I posted swatches of my latest conquest, Lippmann Supermodel, a jelly-finish bright orange-red. Not liking polishes that leave a visible-nail-line, Kat asked if anyone could think of a creme-finish polish in the same color.
Well two days later I walked into Neiman Marcus and saw my NARS artist Winnie (you remember Winnie) wearing a VERY familiar color. What was she wearing? Essie Geranium, $8.
I snapped a quick photo at the counter (because she was working, and couldn’t join me outside).
Geranium is available in Walgreens and CVS (and probably Target, and probably other drugstores, in other parts of the country). If something’s holding you back from the Lippmann shade, this seems like an excellent alternative.
