The buzz around Sephora’s Flashy eyeliners has been quietly building — and rightfully so. Another great product from the Sephora brand, Flashy liners are soft, waterproof pencil eyeliners for $8 apiece.
Their waterproofing comes from their somewhat waxy consistency, and you’ll probably want an oil-based cleanser to get them off. Also, I’d recommend against leaving them uncapped — they get much harder if they’re exposed to air for very long periods of time.
I’m also relieved to finally understand the difference between the two blacks: Flashy Black (01) reflects blue, whereas Deep Black (10) is just deep, matte black.
Flashy liners are sparkle-free, but click here to see Sephora’s Electro Liners (not waterproof, but very pretty).

>Those are amazing! I think I need them all. You have the most dangerous (and awesome) blog ever, seriously. Heheh
>I do like these liners a lot, they are great value. I use Mauve, Copper, and Pink to brighten my lower waterline, very work-friendly. They don’t carry Orange in Singapore though, I’d love to try that one!
>Do these work under the same principle as Urban’s 24/7 liners? Meaning, they’re immediately smudgeable until they dry. I see that Flashy Blue looks a lot like UD’s Electric.
Please do swatches of their new Jumbo eye pencils! It’d be great to see them swatched, they’re been compared to Urban Decay’s jumbo shadow pencils but color wise I haven’t seen them put side by side.
