Armani’s other limited edition “Face Fabric” creation is Face Fabric Radiance ($48, 1.35 oz, 40 ml).
If you like really illuminating foundation, you could use this all over as your foundation — but most people will probably find it too sparkly. It’s good under foundation, but probably best used on top of foundation in select areas: cheekbones, brow bone, down the nose if you’re not already oily. It’s kind of like what the Fluid Sheers are to Luminous Silk Foundation: a complement rather than an alternative.
I had thought that the Face Fabric Radiance shades corresponded to shades of regular Face Fabric — I was totally mistaken. Shades 1, 2, and 3 are really light, medium, and dark (2 and 3 look quite tanned to me. 2 is more yellow; 3 is deeper and more peachy).
I also swatched the three Radiance shades next to Face Fabric shades 1, 2, and 3 — Radiance has a definite sheen compared to matte Face Fabric.
