I thought we needed a “fun” polish to kick off the weekend, and Soaper1 suggested Pacific Blue. Â Wowser, I had no idea that little bottle packed such a punch. Here’s her swatch and review:
For years I avoided these polishes because I didn’t like the bottle. What a lame reason! Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Pacific Blue has turned out to be one of my top five favorite polishes. It applies like a dream and wears very well.
Xtreme Wear polishes are around $2.79 each and, in my area, are available at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Target, and Ulta.
May I add that I’ve ignored these polishes for the same reason — didn’t like the bottle. I’ll definitely be more adventurous now.
Oh em gee! you’re totally missing out then! lol I love the colors in this line. If you like green nail polish, you should pick up Going Green. It’s the truest green nail shade I’ve tried.
A couple of the more sheeny, less pigmented shades are great for doing ombre manicures.
The blue is pretty, but it STAINED my nails big time! It was even hard to get off my skin.
