The first four shades are pigmented, smooth, really soft, and shimmery/frosty. Squeak is peachy beige. Â Bayli (my favorite) is a soft grey-brown. Ally Cat is also taupe, but it’s darker and more brown. “7″ is plum brown. As a matte, Taz is a little chalky; it’s a browned wine color. SMH shadows are $6 each, and they’re the same size as MAC’s eyeshadow pans.

ALLY CAT is now my drug of choice! These shades look like they have the right amount of shimmer and i am a Matte shadow kinda girl…LOVE LOVE LOVE! Taz looks like a nice matte as well

My two favorite things to look for in eyeshadows are neutral tones and shimmer so these are the perfect fit for me! My fave of the five are “Squeak”, “Bayli”, and “7″…I feel like you can achieve many looks with these from light and natural, to dark and smokey! Love it!

holy crap they look gorgeous. i’ve been wanting to buy SMH shadows but with so many choices, totally difficult to choose. Sort of like MAC…i like some of the colors, but i keep putting it off because there are just so many x___x. the four shimmery colors are particularly attractive, Bayli, Alley Cat, and “7″! I want ‘em all~~~
these are beautiful colours. usually i find shimmery stuff so shimmery that you lose out on the colour — there is simply too much reflection. but these frosty shades are a nice balance. the shimmer reflects without overpowering the colour.

7, Bayli, and Ally Cat are gorgeous! I’ve never heard of this brand, but now I’ll have to check them out. Although I haven’t had the best experience with ACW. It took almost 4 weeks to receive something I bought from them.
They are beautiful…..great fall shades and would work well together too! SMH’s eyeshadows are really pigmented, beautiful and a really great price!

Wow! These are just amazing! I’ve been having a love affair with taupe and champagne colors and this’ become my daily look…these are like the silky/satiny versions of what I’ve been wearing.
I think “7″ is my absolute favorite. It would look fantastic on my very fair skin. But I do think that Bayli and Squeak will get the most wear.
(And thanks so much for reminding me to check out SMH’s eyeshadows! I love their palettes, but never remember to buy singles while I’m ordering. Your shade library for them is amaaaazing!)
All 5 shades look gorgeous, but Bayli looks like something I could wear every day without getting bored.
These shades seem so versatile. Used lightly, they are very wearbale for day, but you could make a wicked smokey eye at night!
I adore the first 2 shades, the others are bit dark for me but I could see them looking gorgeous on the right person!!!
