Of all of NCLA’s polishes, Hollywood and Vine Starlet is probably the most photographed on the web. But I was in the mood for something sparkly, so I swatched it anyway.
Hollywood & Vine is a black polish with tiny silver sparkles (here’s the arm swatch). I think it’s really rocker chic for short nails, but maybe a little too “tough girl” for summer in Texas. Like all NCLA polishes, Hollywood and Vine is $16, available on their website.
