Pucci has a new fragrance out: Miss Pucci (designed by François Demachy, Christine Nagel, and Benoît Lapouza), guaranteed to figuratively transport you to a yacht off the coast of Monaco.
The notes:
Top: magnolia and Sicilian winter lemon (is there any phrase more alluring than “Sicilian winter lemon”?)
Heart: rose, ylang-ylang, orange blossom, and jasmine
Base: cedar, iris, white musk
The first thing I smell is lemon, as sophisticated as a cocktail. On my skin, it’s actually a little spicy. Miss Pucci settles into a robust floral, with discernible cedar and musk (which, for me, keeps it from being TOO floral). The lemon lingers much longer than top notes usually do, providing a bit of sweetness. I actually feel like the fragrance adapts to my body; it’s quite different on my skin than it is on a card.
I’m not usually a “floral” girl, but this complex, woody floral intrigues me.
Miss Pucci is available only at Sephora, Sephora.com, and Pucci boutiques.
1 oz (30 ml) is $53; 1.7 oz (50 ml) is $74; 3.4 oz (100 ml) is $89.

I adore this fragrance!
The sample card that came in the latest Sephora catalog had me obsessed! The scent is gorgeous and I love the bottle.
This one will be coming home with me very soon!
This sounds really nice. I actually really like lemon in scents. The bottle is kind of unique too. I need to see if my local Sephora has this to sample. Thanks!
