Sneak Peek: Armani Gold Rush Highlighter

Armani, Gold Rush, highlighterIn my recent swatches of Armani’s holiday collection, I mentioned Gold Rush, the holiday highlighter. Well my counter has received product to sell, but no tester (and I don’t know if they’re going to get a tester) — so I thought I should at least share what I could.

I haven’t played with this at all, but it looks beautiful (and you know you can’t go wrong with Armani quality).

The highlighter is $55, limited edition. The top of the compact is gold, and if that foil looks strange, that’s only because it’s reflecting the weird fluorescent lights in Neiman Marcus.

I want it.

that’s beautiful, would you pretty please do a swatch comparison with this, NARS Albatross and ELF Gotta Glow… Thank you!

Hi, to help Lizzard, I can say that if you already have Albatros, you can pass on the Armani Gold Rush as they are quite similar… BUT, if you see or swatch the Armani you will fall in love ! it is sooo gorgeous you will feel like you need it :o )!
although I can not really see a big difference compared to Albatros I can see it is a tiny tiny bit more yellow-gold, I have tried to pack it on the back of my hand but you really cannot see a big difference !
I have tried also the Mac Vanilla Pigment but this one has more pinkish undertones so nothing similar.
Hope this helps a little bit…
I have Albatros and I have ordered a second Gold Rush, but I do not often fall in love with Make up products so…;o)

It reminds me of Too Faced Candlelight. I wonder if it’s a good dupe for it. Something tells me the Armani one is a better quality though.
