Michael Todd Naked Kiss Lipstick

Earlier this week, I showed you some swatches of Michael Todd lipstick (his Creme formula). Michael Todd is a cosmetics brand sold only online, and though his website is pretty hilarious, the Creme lipsticks actually seemed pretty nice.

Today I have swatches of his “Naked Kiss” lipstick formula, though I’m not sure what that category denotes. Of the seven shades available through All Cosmetics Wholesale, three are cremes; four are frosts.

Like the Creme lipsticks, Naked Kiss lipsticks are a “full-sized” 4 g of product in a purple mini tube. They’re $16 on MichaelToddCosmetics.com (which offers 16 shades); $9.99 on ACW.
Michael Todd, Naked Kiss, lipstick, swatches, Awe, Submission, Pride, Joy, Courage, Lust, Hope
Awe is mauve (a purply pink). Submission is quite orange. Pride is bright pink. Joy is a somewhat peachy brown frost. Courage is a rosy brown frost. Lust is rose frost. Hope is a foxy red-brown frost.

Unlike the Creme lipsticks (which are unscented), the Naked Kiss shades smell like vanilla. These shades were provided by All Cosmetics Wholesale for swatching purposes.

I bought Awe from Allcosmeticswholesale.com and I kind of think they might have given me the wrong color! Mine is not that pretty, its more of a redish brown. :( I know I should have sent it back/ complained to them, but I thought I was crazy at first. I was like, “really?”
