Chanel recently reformulated their Vitalumiere Aqua foundation (liquid gel, shake well before use) into a cream compact.
Like the liquid, the Vitalumiere Aqua compact is medium coverage, SPF 15, and “naturally luminous” — though I’ve heard from a few folks who say the compact offers slightly more coverage than the liquid. (The compact is $58; the liquid is $45.)
When I swatched the original Vitalumiere Aqua, I swatched them from lightest (the 10s) to darkest (the 50s). Several of you asked if I could instead swatch the Beiges and the Beige Roses together, so that’s how I did the compacts.

This new foundation is available everywhere, of course, but for free shipping, I’d recommend NeimanMarcus.com
(JUNEFS) and Nordstrom.com
.
Former users of the Teinte Innocence compact, how do you feel about the new Vitalumiere Aqua compact?

I wish they would have kept the old colors - I used to wear soft bisque - maybe 32? It feels good - I loved the old one and still have some left so waiting till I run out but did try in the store and thought it felt good. I go between the compact and the Lift Lumiere.
Which shade is your best match Karla?
Gail, I’ll have to get back to you on my best match. I was distracted by Burberry the day I was swatching these… >_< Sorry!
That….doesn’t seem to offer a lot for women of color :/
